The stickers are made of premium high gloss vinyl and can be customized with a logo or message.
Customers can place an order by sending their logo in JPEG, SVG, or PNG format, and the company will provide a proof within 48 hours.
Once the order is placed, customers will be provided with a mock-up image to ensure everything is correct before production and dispatch.
The stickers are suitable for various uses and applications in homes, parties, or offices.

ORDER INFORMATION & TIMEFRAMES:
Once you have placed an order or contacted me directly to discuss a design, I will create a mockup for you within 48 hours (please remember to check your email). Once the custom design is finalised and approved, I will start production which will take up to 5 business days. When complete, all orders are sent via Australia Post. Please see delivery information below for options available.
HOW MANY STICKERS WILL I GET?:
Price is based on the sheet, not per sticker. The quantity depends on the size and shape you choose. Please see examples below for round stickers. If you have another size and shape in mind, feel free to contact me directly to find out how many I can fit per sheet.

3.5 cm equals 34 stickers per sheet
4 cm equals 24 stickers a sheet
4.5 cm equals 20 stickers per sheet
5 cm equals 15 stickers per sheet

Returns and exchange details
Physical Items - please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer to repair, replace or refund any item that is found to be not right in accordance with Australian consumer legislation.
Please note: we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

DELIVERY
All orders are sent from Australia.
STOCK ITEMS - Are posted next working day.
CUSTOM ITEMS - Stickers are posted next working day ONCE approved.
Other items are posted 2–5 days after approval.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Orders are shipped to the address listed on your Etsy account. Buyers are responsible for having an accurate address listed. I do not issue refunds or re-send items if an order is sent to the incorrect address.
AUSTRALIAN POSTAGE
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
STANDARD POSTAGE (no tracking) 4-5 days.
EXPRESS POSTAGE (tracking) 1-2 days.
(Please note express post is not always ‘Next day’, it depends on your address, remote and rural addresses will take longer).
OVERSEAS POSTAGE
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
STANDARD (tracking) 10-15 days.
EXPRESS (tracking) 4-8 days.
Any duties/custom fees incurred on the package are the responsibility of the buyer.
DAMAGE OR LOSS
It is rare for something to be lost or damaged in the post, but unfortunately it does occur. I recommend you upgrade your postage to include tracking. If any goods are lost or damaged in transit, you need to follow this up with Australia Post. I will assist you with this, however I will not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

We do factor in a small amount to cover the cost of mailing envelope/bag and protective packaging.
